這次非常有趣，有三個政黨參選，現在的執政黨- 民主進步黨(民進黨）、國民黨、 民眾黨 。
Interestingly, three political parties are contesting the upcoming Taiwan elections — the ruling Democratic Progressive Party (DPP), the Kuomintang (KMT) and the Taiwan People's Party (TPP).
很多台灣人會看政黨的（顏色）投票
In Taiwan, people tend to vote for the colour.
民進黨： 綠
國民黨： 藍
民眾黨 ：白
Green for the Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) ; Blue for the Kuomintang (KMT) and White for the Taiwan People's Party (TPP).
不過現在越來越多年輕人會針對關心的議題投票
But more and more young people vote based on the issues they care.
雖然我們一般人不會在飯桌上討論「政治」，（因為太容易吵架了😂）
Although people in Taiwan don’t usually discuss politics around dinner table (it’s very likely to lead into an argument).
但是我們用另外的方式討論，我們很習慣批評總統、政府、政治人物。當我們的生活被影響的時候，我們會跟好朋友抱怨政策。
We use another way to do so—— we tend to criticize the president, government, political characters. When we chat with friends, we complain about current policies when they affect our everyday life.
我自己的感覺是，2020 年時的選舉比起來，當時選民比較關注兩岸政策，擔心跟中國的戰爭。但是這次選舉感覺大家對低薪、通膨、社會居住正義這些國內的議題比較關注。
What I feel this time is--- compared to elections in 2020, voters cared then worried much about cross-strait relationships policy and the war with China. However, this time, it's much about domestic issues such as low wages, inflation, social housing justice.
